The issue stemmed from a failure in the third-party software we rely on to run our site—something outside of our direct control. Despite our relentless efforts over the past few weeks to resolve the issue, the company responsible for the software has unfortunately been unable to provide the necessary support to recover the site.
It is with great regret that we must share the difficult news that all data related to OfferNation.com has been permanently lost as a result of this software failure. We have explored every possible avenue to restore member accounts, balances, referrals, and other important details, but given the circumstances, we must now accept that full recovery is not possible. We understand how disappointing this is, and we are truly sorry for the impact this has on you.
That said, we are committed to moving forward. Our priority now is to relaunch OfferNation.com with as many of its previous features as possible, including survey providers and offerwalls.
