There are many reasons why your account can be marked as suspended. The most common reasons are listed below:
(1) Our fraud detection system has detected that you are using multiple accounts.
(2) Our fraud detection system has detected that you are using a known cheater PROXY IP address or range of IP addresses.
(3) You have failed our telephone verification process.
(4) You have changed your Internet ISP connection from one country to another country.
(5) You are using a web browser that does not work on our site. (Certain browsers may not be compatible, and you should use an alternative).
(6) You are using a mobile or satellite internet connection (You should not use a mobile or satellite internet connection since this will not work with our website).
(7) You are using an anonymous IP address.
(8) Your account has failed one of our security checks.
If your account has been marked as suspended and you think this is a mistake, please send us a support ticket, and we will evaluate your request.
We reserve the right to ask members for an address confirmation document to help reduce the risk of fraudulent activity on our site.
Payment will be held until the members' address is fully verified or indefinitely if no address confirmation document is provided.
When a members address has been confirmed we will delete all address confirmation documents you may have sent us.
We do NOT store or archive address confirmation documentation.
No. Members found to be breaking our rules relating to multiple accounts will be banned permanently.
There is a 2% fee for the amount you withdraw to cover our payment processor fees from paypal, and skrill.
We complete a minimum of three payment runs per day. The average payout time is approximately 4 hours but you should allow up to 24 hours for the payment to arrive.
When a survey/offer is pending, it means we are waiting on the advertiser confirming the completion and sending the credit. An offer stays pending until we receive credit for it.
Pending surveys/offers can be credited almost immediately. However, some offers may take 24 hours or more to credit. Some surveys/offers will never credit because the advertiser decides that you did not complete it correctly.
Please remember, our advertisers decide if and when to credit your account. We have no control over pending credits. To reduce the number of pending offers you receive we suggest that you clear your web browser cache and cookies every time you complete a new survey/offer.
If a survey/offer hasn't credited for you, it is because the advertiser has not yet confirmed that a valid completion was received and has yet to send the credit to your account.
If, for any reason, we don't receive credit from the advertiser, we cannot credit your account.
Remember that in most cases offers confirm within a couple of hours, but sometimes they can take days or weeks. Please try to be patient.
There are a variety of reasons why an advertiser may not credit us for an offer you believe you completed. Here are some of the more common reasons:
1) You did not complete the entire offer. If you quit half way through a survey or do not finish an offer, you will not be credited. For example, many sites require that you confirm your email address at the end of the registration. We recommend you keep the success page open until the credit comes through on your account.
2) Fake or inaccurate information was used. If you use fake information when completing an offer, you will not receive credit. Using fake or misleading information is also against our Terms of Service and will result in the termination of your account. If you do not want to provide real information to a company, don't do the offer!
3) You have done the offer before. Advertisers will not pay for the same person to try their product or service multiple times. If you have done the same, or similar, offer on multiple sites or offerwalls, we will not receive credit for it if you do it again.
4) You cancelled the offer immediately. If you sign-up for a product trial and then immediately cancel your trial, you will not receive credit. You get paid by advertisers to try products and services that you are interested in. By cancelling immediately, you indicate that you were not interested to begin with. If you are not genuinely interested in an offer, do not do it!
5) The offer has not tracked correctly. This can be due to a variety of issues, and we recommend you follow the recomendations and tips on our help page to assist with this.
